The Brodrick Trust is the Data Controller of the information you provide when making a donation through Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). Your details will be shared with Leeds City Council’s (LCC) Leeds Ticket Hub which uses Tessitura Network as its Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management system. Your details will be held in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation and, except if required by law, will not be shared with any third parties apart from the council and Tessitura (as a data processor of the council).

The information you provide when making a donation will only be used to administer your donation and to provide you with service information relevant to your donation (and to provide you with information on other Leeds City Council related activities and events, should you choose to receive this information via the preferences section in your Leeds Ticket Hub account).

Where you have consented to receive further information from LCC about related events from Leeds Ticket Hub, LCC will use your personal data (email address, and where you have consented to your telephone number) to contact you directly about the cultural events we programme or promote in ways that you find relevant, timely and respectful.

The personal data you provide will be retained by LCC until you opt-out. You can opt-out of emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button on the emails you receive. You can contact us:
